Fifth Third Bank Credit card department,
Fifth Third bank is reporting this on my credit report even though the date of - delinquency is on -, 2007. This is past the Statue of Limitations in my state and I have tried to dispute through the credit reporting agency and they come back verified. Fifth Third has sent me a letter stating that this account fell into delinquency on - 2007 and still will not change the reporting.
