GE Capital Retail Credit card department,

While checking my personal credit report, which I acquired from -, I noticed an inquiry made by your company SYNCB/AMAZON - '' on -/-/2014. I did not authorize anyone employed by your company to make an inquiry and view my credit report. You have violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ). You are not legally entitled to make the inquiry. This is a serious breach of my privacy rights.
