I 've received repeated phone calls from Dymamic Recovery Solutions regarding a debt I owed over - years ago when I was married and going under a different name. All phone messages indicated that if I did n't call them, I would be served with papers either at my place of employment or at my place of residence. This time-barred debt has since appeared on my credit report with an account open date of -/-/- ; I did not open any new credit under my current name or under my former married name at that time. This account was originally opened under my married last name ; however, I have not gone by that name nor have I opened any credit accounts in that name since prior to my divorce in -/-/-.
