I am getting repeated harassing phone calls where no one even speaks when I answer. According to caller ID and - phone bill these calls are coming from FNCB INC at ( - ) -, a debt collection agency. I have not debts in arrears, These people have not written me nor talked to me on phone-just repeated calls with no one there when I answer. Called me - this morning and woke me up at - - and - -. I am ill and in bed and harassed by this dumb tactic? This company also called two weeks ago and same thing-no one spoke when I answered phone. Is this some new bizarre tactic by bill collectors?? Harassing calls without even speaking to the people they bother by calling? Unprofessional.Maybe if they can get me to call them it opens the door for more contact?
