U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have been a loyal US Bank/Club Carlson credit card holder since - '13. Initially I was attracted to this card due to the Bonus Award Night '' that was offered along with Gold membership at the hotels. My husband and I have stayed at your properties around the world and have aligned our spending and stays with your locations. I was dismayed to hear that the best perk of the card, the one that set it apart from the competition, was being cancelled and replaced with a substandard offer. I pay my annual fee this month and your decision to cancel this benefit has forced me to question my relationship with your brand.
