Charter One Mortgage aka RSB bank has failed to make timely private property insurance for the year -/-/- and -/-/-. Our property insurance is included with our mortgage payment and has never been late, Instead of paying - - charter one is force placing insurance and increasing our mortgage payment. I contacted Charter one mortgagee - and spoke with - - and - and requested a escrow statement and was advised that because I have a chapter - bankruptcy charter one is not obligated to send me information regarding the mortgage, It should be noted that the mortgage is not part of bankruptcy and the mortgage payment has been paid on time for the last - years. I also do not have access to my account online to be able to keep track of my payments. Customer service and the insurance department refused to give me any information regarding my account and I am concerned that my hazard insurance will not get paid.
