Mortgage Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt
Ocwen Debt collection department,
Mortgage Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Nevada
Ocwen has not responded to our request to validate our debt. Specifically, our mortgage was bundled in with several fraudulent activities including, Robo signing, improper disclosure of interest rate calculations prior to closing, illegal handling and reporting of escrow account payments and credits, and improper crediting of payments under federal modification agreements. All amounts said to be calculated or previously owed have not been accurately reviewed or proven to be correct. A request was made in writing disputing the validity of the debts, calculations or interest, subject to federal and settlements and legal proof to continue to be able to report all facts represented in the consumer credit report. This request was certified return receipt and has yet to be answered with any proof or mere correspondence, but continues to be an adverse action on my consumer credit report.
