Unsolicited issuance of credit card North Carolina
I have a Belks Credit card. I have paid it early every time and have been a loyal customer. I reported my card lost/stolen to belks. They issues me another card due to this situation. I also reported other Credit cards lost/stolen at the exact same time. I pull my credit report and belks put my - card on there as CLOSED and then put another card on there as a brand new card. Never has this ever happened. So now I have a closed card and a brand new card opened on my credit report. This affected my credit score and it 's unfair. I complained to customer service - so far and am given excuses as to why it 's there. Why do n't all companies show the credit bureau card was lost/stolen and then issue a new card. Why is it only belks that does this? If that was the case, I would have said forget it. Belks deceived me and I want answers NOW! I did n't ask for - belk cards to be on my credit report.
