Closing/Cancelling account Maryland
Hello, I believe I am suffering injustice from Amazon/Synchrony as this company is adversely affecting my credit score and will continue for - years unless my credit card is re=opened or removed from my credit file. Prior to Amazon/Synchrony Bank closing my credit card ; my stellar credit score was -. My credit score has adversely dropped and I desire to recover my score to - or above as I am in the process of purchasing my dream home and desire an - credit score and will not meet this expectation as long as this credit card reports closed on my credit file. I have done all I can do, to have this issue rectified to no avail. I was approved for an Amazon Card. I have never been late nor did I owe a balance at the time my credit card was unjustly closed by Amazon/Synchrony Bank. Synchrony Bank unjustly checked my credit file and closed my account without my consent due to my credit score had dropped in - 2015. I feel violated by Synchrony Bank making an judgement call on my credit which was right after the - and Holiday season which many people all over the country max their credit cards out during the holidays and pay them off in the new year. It is my earnest belief, my privacy has been violated and furthermore ; as long as I have made on time payments to Amazon/Synchrony Bank it is none of their business to monitor the balances I owe to other credit agencies as well as my credit score. I need this rectified immediately. Thank You, - -
