GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
I am the guardian for my - adult daughter who is being sued by Care Credt ( actually a collection agency ) for an account opened sometime in 2011. She does not remember due to the -. I asked for a contract and anything related to this debt. I received a court summons and a copy of - statements which tells me nothing. I do n't even think they have jurisdiction yet. Help : (
