I have an american express card, a few days ago -/-/15 my husband lost his amex card when he was talking to a representive he told the employe he needed the card because he and i were going out of town because my uncle was dying in - fl. in a hospital, the employee advised him it we needed more credit due to an emergency to call, we were also previously told this months ago when we realized he was dying, now he is on his death bed to a day/- again we took the drive a week before payday, we called amex on the road and told although the could grant and emergency credit limit increase the would not. We begged and pleaded with them, my husband advised them we could pay the next week, an employee said if we post date the payment than the only thing they would do is immediately give that as credit, they asked my husband how much he wanted to pay he nervously said - $ and later that night he realized he should have paid more, so then they were closed, the next day he called to increase the payment from -


the credit department give more available credit nor does the math add up to our available credit at our current balance. A chat employee told us because of all the he would make sure and push the dispute through for the fake ear rings. However the next day we were told we will not get credit for the - and received an odd voicemail that said it would be up to the merchant?
