Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt Tennessee

I was not home and a company named Integrated Services. The persons name was -. The voice mail message that was left was they were trying to contact me for a legal address for service and to call this number - to provide a formal statement. Failure to respond could lead to verification of employment and liquid assets to avoid this call my office immediately. My wife heard this message and it troubled her. It is my understanding that according to the FDCPA a company ca n't leave a voicemail message like this without my consent as a third party can hear it. This message is also asking for me to make a formal statement which insinuates this is an attorney or law enforcement agent. If this is a legal debt then i would like this agency to pay it for violating the FDCPA.
