Medical Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Tennessee

I entered into a payment plan with - - on -/-/-. I received regular bills every month up to and including -/-/-. I never received another bill or letter after this. No attempt was made to contact me either by mail or phone. I received letter from Revenue Recovery Corporation on Monday -/-/- stating this account had been placed in collection.I called - - on Tuesday -/-/-and was told that the account was set up on a payment plan in -/-/- and that they had sent a letter in -/-/- and -/-/- which I never received. The account was put into collection in -/-/- according to them. I have all statements that were sent from -/-/- to -/-/- along with cancelled checks.
