But was in active foreclosure, sale date postponed, Attorney - -, @ ( - ) - - -, @ ( - ) - Spoke to - - said file is on hold due to BK filing, Sale date still scheduled for -/-/-. -/C sale date is currently -/-/-!!!!!!! Here is a timeline for - - - / - with attachments. I was going along just fine with loan modification until I hit a speed bump with the filing of BK chapter -. Now Chase wo n't speak with me. -/-/- chase letter saying that we filed bk-/-/- chase statement received-/-/- letter from chase saying that my application is not complete. They already received the infor that they are asking for. You will see as you go through the info that I am sending to you. On this letter you will see notes that I have written on -/-/-. This is when I called to speak with my customer Assist Specialist, - -. I was told that my specialist is now - - as of -/-/-, at ex # -

I believe that they already have everything. See above everything that was sent to them. -/-/- chase letter that he needs info by -/-/- BUT if you look at the list of docs required - EVERYTHING IS PENDING REVIEW. They got everything!!!! -/-/- chase letter from - - stating that he 's my new customer Assistance Specialist. -/-/- chase letter that - - is my new customer Assistance specialist!!!! -/-/- chase letter from - - my customer assistance specialist. check out the list of what she needed becuase she had everything!!!! -/-/- chase letter from - -. I can see that I spoke to them and wrote a lot of notes, so I probably got angry with them and told them that I needed some assistance.
