Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia

I took out a loan with instaloan around the end of 2014. I made a few payments but could n't keep up. They loan company rolled over my loan to a new - with old payment/interest attached to close previous loan and renew it. Now on my credit report it shows I have - loans open with them when in fact i have only -. I called Instalon and stated loans were being rejected to help pay off their loan because of being overextended for -. I requested they report the - loan as being closed ( is showing up as - seperate loans ) and a new loan was created. They stated they could not do that and that - loans would show until total loan of $800.00 was paid. Credit report shows $600.00 and $800.00 loans from them which is not correct. They are reporting misleading information to credit bureaus.Also refused to participate in debt consolidation.
