I had on - - 2014, paid to this company all medical bills that they had on file. I also went to - - and paid off all debt that they have had for me. This was over 3000 dollars and they told me that I did not owe them anything else. I have recently received phone calls and was very rudely told that I could not receive a statement. I asked for a statement in paper in - for taxes. They did not send it. Instead they offered an over the phone statement. Now they are saying they sent a paper one and that if I wanted to know if I owed it I should look at the statement I was given '' in -. They have been reporting this debt to my creditor and I have no idea where it came from.
