- - - cancelled my phone and internet service due to my adding - service to my office in - -/-/-. It sent a revised final invoice on -/-/-/-/-, which seemed to suggest there was a termination fee. I asked - & - for proof of any termination fee, as I did not have such a contract with them ; - - - provided a copy of a - page fax that did not have any termination terms and did not reflect the type of service listed in the bill. Despite having disputed the payment with - - - and getting a resolution, - - - placed the debt with -. - called my office repeatedly, and in - -/-/2014, I filed a Notice of Dispute with - - -. My attorney was assured that collection calls would stop while - - - investigated the file, however, - - - never responded to the notice with documents showing that I had any obligation to pay the $1400.00 bill. Instead, - - - transferred the alleged debt to IC System, which continues to call to collect a nonexistent debt. Litigation was filed with - in - of -/-/- however IC System continues to phone at my office, where I am a -, interrupting patient care. I have informed IC System that they are not allowed to call at my office, however, - - of IC System says that she will continue to call.
