My GAP credit card from Synchrony Bank, was closed by the bank because of non activity. When called to find out why they have done without prior notice the response was it was there in the fine prints in the card agreement. My card is valid till -/-/2015. My concern is if some is not using the card this is not a reason to close it. Secondly at least I should have got - prior notice that also not happened. So the bank should have give the card for 24 months if that is the validity. By providing more validity time period they are misguiding the customer. And the customer like me are getting impacted in the credit history. Unlike other card this has this unique feature. So I want people to be aware of this bank card.
