Commonwealth Financial whose address is - - -, -, Pa ... ... ... phone number - picked up a disputed account from - - - in the amount of - and submitted it on my credit report as them being them being the creditor. They submitted the same account again listed under another creditor named NE CRDTCOL for the same amount of -. They have the same account listed on my credit report under - different names but they are - and the same. Their real name is Commonwealth Financial. as I googled the phone number they continuously call me from and it is registered to Commonwealth Financial. The number they call from is -. When I call that number back, I get a person who states his name but no financial greeting. They now have listed another account for - - - which is the same as - - -. NE CRDTCOL does not exist and is bogus for Commonwealth Financial. They are trying to collect a debt that was not owed. I paid my co-pay and my insurance policy states if the medical servicer charges more than what my insurance pays after I pay my co-pay, that amount


these people for years and have had enough especially now that as of - -, they submitted the same account against my credit. Guess the vultures forgot they had already submitted it in -. I have printed my credit report and submitted it to an attorney proving what I am saying is true and I have the phone number stored in my cell phone showing that the real culprit in this scam is Commonwealth Financial and bogus name NE CRDTCOL. I am informing CFPB just to make you aware of this fraud on their part. I have also written to all credit reporting agencies to check the original debtors on the reports and submit them to me to t urn over to the attorney involved. I have had enough and was informed of steps to take against these debt collection agency agencies. This debt happened back in - and is just now being placed on my credit report. The real issue is it was paid and my insurance company will have records as well as the original debtor. I intend to sue Commonwealth financial and this bogus name NECRDTCOL to the fullest extent of the law.
