False statements or representation Impersonated an attorney or official Washington

I received a voice mail on -/-/-/-/2015 at - - from - - at Miller Davis & Peoples stating that I am involved in a civil matter that has been filed against me by their office, that this was a time sensitive matter, and I must contact them immediately. At no time in the voice mail message did - - state that this was an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained would be used for that purpose, in violation of FDCPA 807 ( 11 ). I have not been served with a summons and complaint by this company. Because I work - with a lot of collection scams, I was immediately suspicious and researched the company online. They appear to be a scam, so I do not feel comfortable returning their call to gather more information. However, I thought I would file a complaint just to be safe.
