Disputed charges on GE Lowes - - - - in -/-/- District court case in -/-/- won with judgment to dismiss with prejudice and failure to provide any evidence. I have submitted documentation to all - credit reporting agencies and to GE Lowes now Synchrony Bank. Only - has deleted account and - and - continue to investigate not abiding by the court documentation provided. GE Lowes ( Synchrony Bank ) informs me they have made the request to the reporting agencies but the agencies tell me there is no such request in the system. I have continued to request written documentation and reference # - of request yet have not received any to date. I have been fighting this for over 5yrs and wish to have my credit updated. I can not believe the cc companies and agencies can continue to not abide by a court rulings and keep my credit hostage.
