portfolio recovery associates is trying to collect on I debt I do not believe is mine. They stated in the letter they purchased this bill in -/-/- in regards to a phone bill not paid in -/-/- they were not able to supply and address for this bill and the information they do provide is very vague. This debt would be - years old if it was valid and according to the past history of this company I believe this to be a scam.
