Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Tennessee

I keep recieving calls from a company, OSC-LLC, phone number -, trying to contact a person who does not live in my house. I get a recorded message saying to press a button to speak to a representative, or to call back with the case # # # # # #. I have called back to this company and informed them that the person they are looking for is not a member of my household and to stop calling me. Last week I spoke to a male at this company and was assured that they would take my number off of thier list. Today, -, I recieve another message from the same company. I am going to call them back - more time and get an address to send a letter from my attorney.
