On - -, we verified a complete short sale package was received by Chase. Since then, there have been several issues with the processor holding the file up. The processor on several occasions requested documents that were already verified there and complete. I got a supervisor involved who fixed the issue and completed all the necessary tasks to move the file forward to a negotiator. The file has been with a negotiator since Monday - -, but the negotiator has not communicated with anyone yet. When I call Chase, I am told that I need to call back next week and the processor may pick up the file by - of the week, it could be longer. I am filing this complaint because we are about to loose our buyer and it has been over a month and a half since Chase has had a complete file. Chase will not allow me to escalate the file or expedite the review any further.
