Payday loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Washington

A company named EMS continually calls me regarding a payday loan that I never took out. They are stating that I took the loan out in - of - and it was deposited into a - - account. I have had a - - account since - and I have n't taken a payday loan out since -. I do not recognize the loan company that I supposedly took the loan out with. This company has gone as far as contacting my direct family and my in laws. If I did take a loan out I would not have put my family members phones numbers on the loan as contacts. They refuse to stop calling me unless I submit a form to they mailing address to stop and desist on the phone calls. They are threating me with taking me to court for the full amount owed plus legal fees the have accrued.
