Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Iowa

Both my family and myself were contacted by someone who identified themselves as investigators. They did not identify what company they were from and have been contacting us on unknown/restricted numbers. My family contacted me to express their concerns, as they though that the investigators were trying to reach me because of a criminal complaint. We feel that we are being bullied by 5th 3rd Bank and their 3rd party company, - ( sp? ).
