Fifth Third Bank Mortgage department,
FHA mortgage Application, originator, mortgage broker Florida
I originally submitted a FHA loan application on - 2015 for a mortgage, submitted all paperwork and paid fees including an inspection I was told when the application was in the underwriting process the house I was buying was a flip and FHA would not accept a property that was flip unless it had more than - days I lost the property and the money the bank did n't tell me that requirement until it was about to close. Then I found another property submitted and application they told me it would be faster and while in the underwriting they told me I had to do an addendum to my tax return I did it and submitted it on time, but the underwriting department did n't look at it because they were out of compliance with the - days so they close the case and did n't consider the evidence making me loose more money again. I lost over $1400.00 dollars on this because of the Banks inability to look at a file within their time frame
