Bank of America Credit card department,
I have been a Bank of America credit cardholder since -. Over the past year or so, the budget has been tight but I have a promise to myself to never miss an obligation even a credit card payment. Bankruptcy has never been an option and will never been an option for me. Things are back on track however over the - months I have been billed higher interest, late fees and annual fees. The interest I can live with ( but preferably at a lower rate ) but the late fees and annual fees have totaled over $300.00 in unwaived fees ( $370.00 total ). I am a decent customer and I just feel like these late fees and annual fees can bury you. I am hoping to have the $300.00 as a courtesy for being a customer for exactly - years now. Often when I finally get the money to make a payment its sometimes hours after the cutoff time. Sometimes so close to the deadline that the website is down for maintenance. I am just hoping you feel my pain and waive the $300.00 for my straightforwardness. Thank you. Again I am back at work making even more money but the past - month have been tough. At - you do n't expect what happened to me but I am back on tack with a clean bill of health. Please understand. Thank you.
