I received a message from the collection agency stating they were called - - Law firm saying that my name and phone number was involved in an invention and that my returned call was required to show that I was compliant. I called them bck and spoke with a man that sacked me if I was - -. I explained that I was. He than advised me he was trying to collect a debt for Check Into Cash. I tried to explain to him that I was willing to pay - a month to pay off the debt he explained that he could n't take that amount that he could do - with - payments over 3 mos. I explained I could n't pay that I only make - hour plus tips. He than advised me that he could n't do that and that he would forward my conversation to - County court that I was unwilling to work on settling the debt at the very end of the call he advised he was recording the call and hung up. That same evening - - - 2015. I received another call from the same number listened to the voicemail and


I spoke with the day before did n't do. She stated I SEE YOUR a waste of time and I will forward this.to our process server and see you in court '', and hung up. I called them back and.spoke with another man advised him that I did n't appreciate the way they were representing - - themselves as a collection agency and that I was try I.g to resolve the debt at this point he advised me he was - garnish my wages for the debt. the man would not let me.speak kept interrupting stating that he could n't hear what I was saying. The called ended. I do n't know if they are an attorney or a collection agency they disnt give me any information such as collection address or any other identification.
