This man by the name of - was borderline aggressive and rude. After picking up the call, he assumed he was speaking to the debtor which he was not. I asked him to give me his contact information, and he just replied by claiming that I was in deed the debtor. At this time, I again stated I was not and repeated for him to give me the name of the company he was calling on behalf of, and he responded by again repeating the debtors name. I informed him that this number has been calling this residence non-stop and if he could provide me with the company he was representing. He replied that I did n't need to know this and not to concern myself. I ended the conversation by telling the agent that he was Very rude and he should brush up on his communication skills when calling someones home and that he should ask instead of accuse people of being another person. It is Ridiculous how some companies are allowed to treat consumers in this way.
