Received a call from company on - immediately asked for written verification kept interrupting not wanting to send. Sent a certified letter that day - requesting more info.and disputing. From - until present day they keep calling. We talked to them on - & they said they did n't receive the certified letter, receipt shows they received on -. On - I sent - certified letter & tracking shows should be delivered on -. I have copies of the letters disputing and requesting further written information and receipts to show it was certified. The rep did say she would cease contact but I do n't feel they should have contacted after - until written information was received from them. They are calling work and home daily.
