Poor DSL service was at a rental house I owned. - service cancelled by occupant to obtain service from - on - -, 2013. Bill in dispute was never sent to my home and was for services not provided by -. I had no Knowledge of bill until - contacted by recovery company. Service by - - DSL service for this address was not my responsibility. Charges were dismissed by - with - and have now been filed by AFNI.
