GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
I am in the middle of buyin a home and I have a charge off on my credit report that I need to resolve. I have call on several time to get no where. I am willing to pay the debt off to purchase this home however the credit company SYNCB/CARE Credit has been no help and said that they would not show my status as paid on my credit report, nor would they send a letter stating that the account was paid in full. However they said they will take my money but they wo n't report to the credit reporting system nor will they give a letter. I have ask to talk to a supervisor only to be told the same thing over and they are not willing. I was hung up on when ask to talk to there supervisor and also told there were no other supervisors. I need to get this cleared up as soon as possible. Settlement is set -/-/- and this is the only thing that is hold me up. Had the company proceeded to do the right thing this would hav never happen. I was never contacted by them nor by a collections agnecy. This account was auto debit from a checking account and they just stop taking the money out.
