This debt is originally for a - bill. It appears that in 2014 the was a lawsuit filed against - for cramming '' charges. This is where customers were charged for premium services without their knowledge. I was also a victim of this and this has also been validated ( see attached documents ). I have also requested my refund for this services as I did not authorize them. The amount of debt that I reportedly owe to Midland/- has been rendered invalid due to this FTC lawsuit against - and the fact that I was a victim of these extra charges.
