Green Tree collection agency is reporting that we owe them $400000.00 on a - purchase money loan. They have sent us a letter saying that we do n't owe them the money, but refuse to stop reporting it to credit reporting agencies. This is preventing us the opportunity of refinancing our home. We have been working to get this resolved since late last year ( 2014 ).
