Hello my name is - - and I am writing you today because I feel that the Payday Loan Services in -, OH have taken advantage of ( The Elder Law ) my - + yr old parents - - - who now owe - seperate loans ( all together ) with- Check into Cash- $ - $ - $ - feel that these loan services have taken advantage of the elderly by allowing them to aquire multiple loans while they already had outstanding - with several different - - Services. I 'm not sure if it 's against the law here in -, - I have read that in some states it is against the law - to allow individuals to take out more than - loan at a time with - - This has become a viscious cycle for my parents especially since they filed for Chapter - - in -/-/2011. In addition ; I would like to know if there is anything that your services can do to help eliminate their debt due to the fact that these - - - have acted inappropriately?
