This went to collection on -/-/- and was paid in full by - - on -/-/-. - advised that - year ago they changed collection agencies and hired Rash Curtis. Rash Curtis reported everything to the credit bureaus regardless of account status. In other words, even though my account was at - balance as on -/-/-, Rash Curtis reported this as in collection because it had been in collection at - time. I ca n't imagine how many people will look at their credit report - day and see this incorrect report even though Rash Curtis knows that they need to review all of - in - accounts to ensure the amount is truly overdue.
