U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I was on a trip out of - - area by - miles and my card was blocked when I purchased gas. When I called I was told it was due to possible fraud. I was told I would need a new card which of course could n't be sent to me there-- -. So I had to figure out other ways to pay for items on my trip with difficulty. My new card was supposed to be at my home on return. It arrived 5 days after that instead. When I talked to them ( US Bank ) they told me I would need to tell them of travel plans including the dates of travel and the state. This is none of their business and I believe puts my personal security at risk especially my home.
