I got email this morning from BRINKS Money claiming the following : We mailed your new Brink 's Prepaid MasterCard ( - ) today! It should show up ( in a plain white envelope ) very soon '' and asking me to activate it. At no time I applied for this card. I called them and they said it was just an advert asking me if I want the card or not but there was nothing advert sounding about the email. It is designed to make people believe that they applied for the card because the email expressively stated You received this email because you have a Brink 's Prepaid MasterCard.
