None of the above described my issue. I am filing a complaint on a company, -, for a debt I owe from -/-/2011 I was evicted, therefore causing me problems in getting a place to live. I want to pay the debt and have this removed from my credit so I can finally get a home/apartment. I already filed a complaint with the Attorney General and my issue was not resolved. The company will not send me a letter via mail regarding settlement amount etc, also they had stated in the letter via email, which I am not sure is even legal, I had to pay the same day by - - via credit card only. I would like to pay my settlement amount via Cashier 's Check or Certified Money Order. This option was not given to me, nor were they able to meet my request for a letter stating specific terms. Every other company I have paid recent debts to has sent me every letter I have requested and has been very kind. Below you will see what I am asking for.
