Performance Recovery levy my payroll. I wrote them a letter indicating that i do not owe them any money, nevertheless, requested that they submit to me signed copy of the contract, cancelled checks, and any other documents that might indicate that Iinitiated this loan. As indicated to them the federal law suggests that they should respond back to me within 30 days. They did not respond back, instead, a new levy was sent to my employer to continue the levy. this is causing a financial burden.
