Conventional fixed mortgage Settlement process and costs Florida

Have tried to retrieve a final insurance inspection report from HSBC insurance area and they refuse to give me a copy or forward a copy to the insurer. To prove to the insurance company that the first claim was completed 100 % - I ca n't get the new claim processed. It seems like it relates to my property and I should have access to this document. Please help -
