I had a - account in -, - and 3 months of -. It included - - - home phone - - - - High Speed Internet and - - - - - on - bill. My bill was about $150.00 on average per month. My wife took care of the bills. In - of - I looked at my - - - monthly billing statement that was on the coffee table. I about blew a gasket, the bill was over $400.00 for the month of -/-/-. Under Billing Summary there was a new service included, - - - Wireless. My daughter and her boyfriend - - ordered - - - wireless and somehow added it to my - - - account without my knowledge or permission. I called - - - and asked who authorized the wireless service on my - - - account? They said - - did. I said no I did n't, besides that 's not my name. I 've never used - - for anything I 've ever subscribed to or signed up for. I cancelled my complete account. - - - home phone, - - - high speed internet, - - - - and


services. I paid my final bill and that was that. WRONG! I did n't receive anymore bills, but the wireless service continued without my permission or knowledge. The service statements changed to - - - Mobility, different color bill statements, billing address was different, account number was n't my account number from the - - - service I had. - - was the name they used on this new account even though I freaked out at them for it being on my previous - - - account that I paid and closed. So this new wireless account used - - ( I 've never used ) had a different billing address and a different billing company and a different account number. - last thing, on the final bill for this unauthorized collection account there after me for they changed the billing address back to my address on the - - - account I had previously closed. So they changed the billing address on the very last bill statement to my address. Is n't that illegal? I think so, I know it 's not right.
