I move in to - - and the manager had told me that my name had to be on the list as I was older than - living in the place now aside from that I had ask multiple times if it would affect me in any way and she had stated multiple times that no, I live there for about 3 months prior to moving out I had ask again the manager if been listed as living there would held me accountable for any given reason she had said that no. Now as I look through my - credit report # - I see the following - landing - $ UNPAID I do n't understand if I had explain that prior to be listed in the contract and prior to moving that I was under no circumstance to be held accountable and that the only reason I was writing my name was because I was older than - why I 'm been charge when I 'm not responsible for the debt.
