Red Rock Tribal Lending Payday loan department,
Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Georgia
I got a - payday loan from Castle Pay Day Loans. I was told it would be - a month and it would be - to pay it back. When they took my - payment out of my account they charged me -. I am on fixed income and this could have caused an overdraft if I had not seen it in time. When I contacted them they told me the - was bi-weekly. They did not tell me that when I got the loan. And when i looked at the info on the website, they are showing that i will be paying them - over a period of - mos. It is showing - pymts of -, - pymt of -, - pymt of -, - pymt of -,, - pymt of -, - pymt of -, - pymt of -, - pymt of -, and - pymt of -. I was never, never told it would take me - months to pay this off and that it was going to cost me - to borrow - or I would never have borrowed it. When I called and asked them why they took out - instead of -, they told me that the - was biweekly and that I had opted for monthly. Well, when I spoke with them they told me more than - it would only be - and if I wanted more taken out I should call 3 days before pymt due. So i did n't call because all i wanted them to take was the -. They also said that i could pay it off for - before my next due date of - -, 2015. So on top of the - already given to them, they want me to still give them -. That is totally unacceptable as well!!! I have also filed a complaint with BBB but wanted to file with you as well.
