I received a phone call from Central State Recovery in - Kansas. She stated that I owed a medical bill of $180.00. I paid $90.00 and due was due to pay another $90.00. Due to fraud on my bank account and - Insurance data breach and credit card fraud. My accounts were closed. I received a text message from my previous employer stating - - contacted his wife at home in reference to this account. I called the number and was informed of a returned check. I advised that it should not have been returned. Due to the fraud on my account nothing was clearing my checking account. I asked how they contacted this lady whom I have seen - time in - years and does not know me and they said they just did a - Search and obtained the number. - Search lists over - numbers on file and they contacted several numbers leaving my name and information on voicemails. When I spoke to the manager she stated that they did nothing wrong and I should have had - numbers on file and this would not have happened. I advised her I received no call in reference to this. I have NEVER received ANY letter validating the debt and they to date have not provided -. They submitted the $90.00 to my credit report of a debt that I have no letters confirming my rights as a consumer or the debt company.
