Payday loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Texas

I received a voicemail saying that I am a person of interest in a legal matter and need to contact them back within 24 hours so that no charges are filed against me. I called and asked what it was regarding and he said it was a payday loan that was issued by - - - in - 2011. But I did not receive a payday loan at this time. He continued that I needed to resolve it or they would forcibly recover damages.
