GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
I had no problem getting the alerts for statements and due dates till last - 2014. THey stopped emailing me. I didnt know when the due date and how much the payments for -, -, - and this month. they charged me with the late fees and harassed me by calling me and sending letters, THey threatened me with filing for code of default. I emailed them and told them I never got the alerts. They replied back and falsely accused me for changing my email address and blocking the alerts. I never did that. And - of their employees sent me a letter and still accused me. He was very narrow minded. And they refused to listen to me. When I called the bank customer service, they required that I should use the - or -. I am -. But I do n't have - or - anymore. I only use videophone. They were so rude and disrespectful. I told them that they need to apologize to me but they refused. The bank 's name is synchrony bank ( Amazon store card ). My lawyer wrote letters to them to stop harassing me and they have to pay off the balance. It is not my fault. You need to talk to them. And they discriminate against - people.
