a check was mailed out on -/-/2015 with my online bill pay with my bank and they held it and only cashed it on -/-/2015 and still say I did n't pay even after I provided a copy of the canceled check and told - on -/-/2015 that it was unpaid which is 13 days after they had the money in their bank
