Unsolicited issuance of credit card California
After checking my credit reports, they show that I opened an account with Synchrony Bank for a PayPal '' credit card and that payments were missed and the account was closed by the creditor in 2014. I never opened this account and do not use PayPal. I have not had any resolve in figuring out how they obtained my information and who actually had the credit card.
